The Expo Council of Parents and Teachers is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.  It was founded to provide a vehicle to fund raise and support Expo Elementary.

MISSION
The mission of the EXPO Council of Parents and Teachers is to provide all students, teachers, and their families with high quality learning experiences and community events.

VISION
We envision a school community that embraces the gifts of all students and families while fostering learning, growth and a sense of belonging at school, in the community, and in the world.



GOALS

• Reflect our diverse students and families in all areas of our decision-making so our work directly supports our vision.

• Create communication and host engagement opportunities that reach all EXPO families and builds a welcoming community.

• Raise money and other resources to support students, teachers and families.

• Make sure the money we raise is shared in a responsible way that supports the success of all students, teachers and families.

 

In recent years, the Council has funded the music residency, supported the playground rebuild and provided significant financial support for ongoing activities, such as teacher appreciation and school-wide events, recognitions, and celebrations.
